Chris
This team has to have easily set school records this year. What was the most tackles in a season? Landry has to be pretty close.
Dutton has passed Hodges in a season. How about passing yards as a freshman?
Kentrell Brothers 5 sacks in a game? Sacks in a season? if he didn't break his own record from last year when leading in sacks?

It is funny you should ask because I have been working on some numbers today. Unfortunately, I do not have many of them. I have tried in the past for numbers in previous coaching stints, but have come up short. I am going to keep trying though. If anyone would like to see them it would be me. I know, true dork. Oh well. I can almost assure you that Dutton has set a freshmen record for passing yards and passing touchdowns that I mentioned in my blog: guthriesportspage.blogspot.com/2009/11/dutton-moving-up-ghs-passing-ladder.htmlI would certainly think Kentrell has set records in not only what you mention above, but as well as most receiving yards in a season and catches in a season as well as most receiving yards in a career. I wrote my story on Kentrell and then did some numbers researching to see his receiving numbers compared to other wide receivers that I know and have stats on. The only name I can think of that could be close that I know is Keonta Golston, but again he played quarterback his senior year. I hope to find numbers soon, but I would tend to think this is true above since Guthrie and a lot of teams throw the ball more often now then they did say in the 1990's and before.
