Who do you think could surprise some teams and make a push at the playoffs?
Two years ago we had Western Heights who came out of obscurity and made the playoffs.
Last year El Reno made a surprising run at the 5A semi-finals before being annihilated by Booker T.
I think the old school tradtional powers, Ada and Ardmore could make some noise.

Don't forget the Noble Bears in 2007 when they got in the play-offs and went to Ardmore and got a first round win.
I dont believe you can put them in as a sleeper, but Bixby may surprise some people late in the play-offs. They may not even win their district with BTW, but have some skill players on offense.
Ada could be a team that goes under the radar. The only road block for them is if they finish 3rd or 4th in their district they have to go on the road to Bixby or BTW for the first round.
I agree with Ardmore because they will have a chance to win their first play-off game no matter where they fall in 5A-2.
Coweta may be a team for me to watch. Bubba Burcham took over last year and had good success in his first season. I think the can motivate and will have a chance in 5A-4. Outside of Bixby and BTW, 5A-3 completely bores me and if Coweta falls in the second spot in 5A-4 they can win their first play-off game.

In my opinion, the east side of the state doesn't get the attention that I think they deserve. 5A is mainly dominated by the west side of the state, unlike 6A. Yeah, you have your t hree teams that are perennial powers (btw, east central, bixby). However after that it's a bunch of teams up for grab. I may travel to the east side to see some games this year.
