Here are some random thoughts that are completely off the top of my head (no notes).
The Jays are going have to find a scoring leader next season, but do return some valuable experience with BJ, Devon, and Kentrell. The Jays should be balance offensively, but think BJ and Devon can carry the Jays down low and those three play great defense.
Codee Gross got some good minutes as a freshmen and will be expected to help with the guard duty, again, and the Dumas twins (Chelsey and Chaunsey) have big game experience.
The Jays will not be as deep as they were a year ago, but most teams can rarely go 9-10 deep so the core group may see more minutes this coming season.
Guthrie and Carl Albert will still be the favorites to win the conference. Carl Albert must replace Harrison Dupont and the Schuman kid, but the Titans will be tough, again. El Reno will push the Jays in the North Division.
As far as Class 5A goes, T. Edison has to be the favorites going into the season by losing just 1 senior, who did not play many minutes against the Jays in the finals with foul trouble. Edison just does not want to see the Jays anytime soon (two wins over the Eagles in the semi's and championship games by a combined 4-points in the last two years).
Booker T graduated some key names, but also return some starters from a team that contends every year.
